This line from sir clearly tells that this world sees only the  victory ...But they don't see the hardwork... In my point of view loosers will learn more and more than a winner... So we should respect both... Each of them may have different talents and they may be expert in their own fields...The person who leads in a particular field is named as winner just to encourage their work nothing behind it....
